**The Job role;**

Set and run CNC Turning machines specifically Doosan LY - knowledge of MoriSeiki, SwedTurn & manual machines an advantage

Preferably some knowledge of VMC/HMC

Essential to the role is the ability to set and where necessary update programmes using Fanuc controls

Ability to write programmes would be a strong advantage

Must be able to read and understand technical drawings

Inspect your own work using conventional measurement techniques, diagnose errors and correct any deviation

**About you;**

CNC operator Turner with Fanuc control experience

Experience of producing complex components to very tight tolerance

Experience of operating a range of Turning machines (Doosan LY, MoriSeiki, SwedTurn) and manual machines

Work efficiently and accurately with minimum supervision

Knowledge of metal cutting techniques and Lean principles
