**Job Title: Operations / Sales Coordinator (Self-Employed)**

**Location**: Wythenshawe, Manchester

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Scheduling Excellence**: Efficiently schedule appointments and allocate jobs to our team of surveyors and fitters.
- **Delivery Coordination**: Oversee and coordinate the delivery of essential materials, ensuring they arrive on time.
- **Customer Service**: Handle customer service inquiries with professionalism and expertise, ensuring that our clients' needs are met efficiently.
- **CRM Management**: Utilize our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to manage customer relationships, collect payments, track appointments, and provide top-notch service.
- **Organization**: Use your organizational skills to keep our operations on track, ensuring a smooth workflow for all team members.
- **Reporting**: Report to the manager, providing updates and ensuring all processes run smoothly.
- **Excel Expertise**: Utilize Microsoft Excel to manage data, create spreadsheets, and use formulas to create aureate reports to enhance efficiency.

**Requirements**:

- Familiarity with geographical knowledge of the UK and efficient navigation capabilities.
- Experience with CRM systems and the confidence to navigate online booking systems.

- Previous experience in a similar role or industry is an advantage.
- Clear and confident telephone manner with a bubbly personality
