Facilities Cleaner

**ROLE: Facilities Cleaner**

**POSITION: Permanent WORKING HOURS: Monday-Friday 7am-3pm**

**SALARY: £11.10p/h (£21,645 per annum)**

**Key responsibilities include**:

- All site welfare facility cleaning and general site cleaning, ensuring that areas are always cleaned to the highest standards.
- Damp dusting furniture, fixtures and furnishings, suction cleaning and wet mopping floors and stairwells, washing walls and other vertical surfaces and tiled
- Cleaning kitchens and welfare areas including cleaning and defrosting refrigerators, and cleaning inside units and cupboards.
- Emptying industrial bins around the site
- Maintaining cleaning equipment and reporting any faulty equipment or materials.
- Ensure equipment is cleaned, maintained, and stored correctly.
