**Multi Trader**

Our client is a privately owned construction company with an excellent reputation which has been built up over decades of delivering quality projects across various sectors including refurbishment, and social housing.

They currently have a requirement for a Multi Trader to join their team. You will be reporting directly into the Contracts Manager.

**About the Role**

As a Multi trader you will be working on a variety of projects, predominatley social housing.

**Key Tasks**
- Carpentry /Fire doors
- Glazing
- plumbing - Basic
- Locks

**About you**
- Must have own tools
- Qualified or Trade background
- Have an “eye for detail”, focused on delivering the project to the highest quality.
- Adopts a “can do” leadership qualities.
- Willing to take ownership and responsibility.
- Operates in a hand on, non-confrontational manner and thrive in a team orientated environment.

+ Van, Fuel card

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £20.00-£22.00 per hour

**Benefits**:

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus scheme

**Experience**:

- carpentry: 1 year (preferred)
- plumbing: 1 year (preferred)
