Eternal Smiles Dental Centre. A company with an interest in helping patients have great dental health and cosmetic dentistry.

We are looking for a hard-working Receptionist to join our busy team.

Key Competencies Include:

- To undertake front of house duties, including meeting, greeting and attending to the needs of patients, to ensure a superb customer service experience.
- To build a good rapport with all guests and resolve any issues quickly to maintain high quality customer service.
- To deal with patient requests to ensure a comfortable and pleasant stay.
- To assist in dealing with customer in an effective and courteous manner, providing or seeking solutions as quickly as possible.
- To be responsible for accurate and efficient accounts and patient billing processes.
- To assist in keeping the reception and patient lounge area clean and tidy at all times

Skills and Experience required:

- A friendly and welcoming approach
- High standards of dress and presentation
- Ability to remain calm during difficult situations or in a busy environment
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including a pleasant telephone manner

**Qualities**: Caring and able to meet people’s needs. You need to try and be one step ahead of given tasks and thus be proactive. Being well organised is a skill you can attain with us, or perhaps you are already methodical in your approach and have the ability to prioritize workloads from past jobs.

**Requirements**: We do want people who are great at communicating and sales or willing to learn this skill. At the reception, the organisation skills can be taught by us to enhance your career but best if you already have some.

**Salary**: From £255.00 per week
