**Role Overview**

Join our expanding marketing team as a Web Designer and play a pivotal role in taking us from zero to a full web presence. In this dynamic position, you will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and developing our marketing websites using the latest web design technologies. Your technical abilities will be instrumental in crafting professional, modern and user-friendly websites that effectively showcase our brand and products.

As our Web Designer, you will work within our marketing team to understand our brand identity, target audience, and business objectives. From there, you will translate these insights into captivating web experiences that engage visitors and generate new business. Leveraging your expertise in Webflow, you will bring our briefs to life, ensuring seamless functionality across various devices and browsers.

In addition to designing and developing our web presence, you will also play a key role in optimizing user experience, implementing SEO best practices, and staying ahead of emerging trends and technologies in web design. Your passion for innovation and commitment to staying ahead of the competition will drive continuous improvement.

**Key Responsibilities.**
- Design and creation of internal marketing websites.
- Work with marketing team to design and develop one off social media content.
- SEO and other marketing related support.

- Collaboration skills to work closely with internal marketing and design teams, fostering a cohesive approach to project execution.
- Exemplary communication skills, capable of assessing and delivering information in a manner appropriate to the audience.

**Essential Skills**
- Webflow (minimum 2 years)
- Figma
- Adobe Creative Suite

**Desirable Skills**
- Experience integrating landing pages into Marketing automation platforms.
- Experience defining and building creative brand guidelines and style guide.
- HTML/CSS
- .Net/Javascript/C#

**Additional Requirements**

**Salary**: £32,000.00 per year
