**Investment Lead**

**Location: Hybrid working - a mixture of home and office working in Speke, Liverpool.**

**What will your role be?**

You’ll be responsible for the delivery of a high-quality, customer-focused asset management service, delivering property investments from inception to completion, ensuring that all programmes are delivered in accordance with policies and procedures and with maximum value for money. In addition, you will a programme of environmental improvements which supports our corporate plan and asset management strategy to maintain external environmental and communal areas.

**Who are we looking for?**

You will be educated to degree level within a Housing, Building or Construction related principle or have equivalent experience, and you’ll have proven operational management experience within the social housing sector. You will be experienced in managing investment, cyclical and environmental programmes and have significant knowledge of Health and Safety legislation, including CDM and Gas Safety.
