**Salary - £13.17 per hour**

Do you have a background in customer service?

Have you got previous experience working as an Administrator?

We have an excellent opportunity in Daventry for a Warehouse Administrator to work for one of our clients. In this role, you will be working part-time, Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. There is the potential for some flexibility on the days and more hoursin the future. This position is a 12 month contract.

**Responsibilities**
- Assist with data collection, data entry, and report generation
- Provide support preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls, and scheduling meetings
- Respond to inquiries or redirect as appropriate
- Prepare documentation for payment of vendors, suppliers, and other third parties
- Submit documentation and enter requests for payments
- Document and maintain policies and procedures
- Other duties as deemed reasonable

**Skills and Experience**
- Driving license required
- Forklift license would be advantageous, though training can be provided.
- Excellent communication skills
- Customer focused
