We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced IMS Advisor to join our Safety, Health, Environment and Quality Department on a permanent basis based from our Huntingdon Office, in Cambridgeshire.

The IMS Advisor will support the Group Head of SHEQ in the fulfilment of the Company’s Integrated Management System by administering system information in line with legislation/ISO requirements, alongside this you will be responsible for:

- Assisting Breheny in the development and implementation of its Integrated Management System (IMS) - ISO 9001, 18001 and 45001, including policies, strategies, procedures, training, implementation, monitoring, reporting and preparing for certification audits
- Undertaking internal audits of the IMS across the business functions
- Address non-compliance matters in line with agreed timeframes
- Identify areas for improvement within the IMS
- Escalating any issues to Line Manager with the ability to provide informed solutions for continuous business improvement
- Ensuring that Breheny’s operational policies and procedures are compliant with the latest regulatory, legal and best practice requirements
- Demonstratable experience as a IMS Advisor within the construction / civil engineering industry with relevant qualifications
- Extensive knowledge of ISO Management Systems to meet requirements of ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 and 50001
- Experience of completing internal audits and facilitating surveillance audits by registration bodies.
- Qualified internal auditor to 9001, 14001 and 45001
- Excellent ability to produce accurate and concise written documentation whilst also confident in communicating with different audiences effectively
- Strong IT skills in Microsoft Office suite
- Full UK Driving Licence to meet the travel requirements of the role
