**Permanent Tyre Administrator / Purchaser Vacancy - Liverpool**
Talent84 Ltd have a Permanent, Full-Time vacancy for a Tyre Administrator to work in the Fleet Workshop for an established logistics provider at their site in Liverpool.
**Hours of work are**:
- Mon - Fri
- 8.00 am - 4.00 pm.
**Pay Rate**:
- £24,000
**Duties are varied and will include**:
- Stock control and purchase of tyres, tools, consumables, and accessories.
- Logging all tyre numbers as stock or by vehicle/trailer number
- Coordinating with tyre fitters on site to ensure all stock is ordered on time and allocated correctly.
- Collating and recording data from Tyre Inspections
- Issuing order numbers for tyre providers away from the main location
- Collating and recording work carried out during “out of hours” via the nominated service provider and reporting associated costs.
- Accurately compiling weekly tyre reports to include number of tyres fitted, number of call outs to own depot and number of roadside breakdowns
- Participating in tyre supplier reviews to identify areas for improvements and cost savings.

**Skills required**:
- Work experience and knowledge of the automotive/fleet industry.
- Stock control or purchasing experience.
- IT skills
