Glan Clwyd Hospital is the tertiary referral centre for North Wales and has a wide range of unscheduled and scheduled clinical services ranging from general medicine and surgery to being the tertiary hub for Critical Care, Vascular, Head and Neck, Cardiovascular, Cancer, Paediatrics and Neonatal Intensive Care.

This is an exciting time to join the senior multi professional team at Glan Clwyd as we work towards:

- Embedding the Chief Nursing Officer five key priorities for Wales
- Implementing the Pathway to Excellence Ward Accreditation programme
- Using Quality improvement methodology as our change agent
- Crafting the “Joy at Work” strategy for the site
