What matters to the people we support matters to us, it’s their life, their way.

We are looking for someone who is friendly and cheerful to join our fantastic team, supporting 8 people in Coalville.

This role will involve a real hands-on approach and you will be supporting people to maintain their health and wellbeing. If you enjoy a variety of interests, including going to shows, watching the rugby, canal boat trips, shopping and trips to the pub then this role could be for you. Back at home you will need to support with cooking, cleaning and building positive relationships.

Joining in with communal events like birthday celebrations and get togethers are important here. You could be part of our team and help to support people to maintain or learn new skills needed to live their best lives

You should be available to work a variety of shifts between 7am-10pm, across the week and alternate weekends.

So, if you enjoy building meaningful relationships and think you could plan, communicate and deliver support _with_ and _alongside_ people, then this is the place for you.

**What will you do?**
