Fleet Co-ordinator

Falcon Vehicle Solutions is looking for an experienced and professional Fleet Co-ordinaot to join a dedicated team, based at our Bridgwater site. A team player with a desire to provide excellent customer service whilst ensuring the smooth, efficient running of our diverse and growing rental fleet.

A major part of the role will see you accurately administer and manage compliance documents, distributing to customers to ensure vehicle compliance whilst developing your skills set to become a key member of the fleet team.

Key Skills
- Confident ICT and telephone skills
- Previous experience of HGV workshop admin or vehicle rental office
- Ability to communicate directly, ensuring we provide excellent customer service.
- Dynamic approach to ensuring key tasks are completed daily to ensure we perform on all KPI reporting levels.

The primary functions of the role will include:

- Manage compliance document control and uploads for internal and customer records.
- Act as front of house liaising with customers from both rental and workshop.
- Accurately invoice all recharge invoices to minimise cost and maximise revenue opportunities.
- Work as part of an effective rental fleet team delivering high level business support.
- Manage the VOR reporting, working closely with rental to minimise VOR Days count.
- Be dedicated to the team, with a willing to go the extra mile.
