Clubhouse Assistant

Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and friendly Clubhouse Assistant to join our team. You will play a crucial role in supporting our club by serving our members and keeping our Clubhouse looking spic and span.

Hours of Work: Tuesday & Thursday 12 - 4pm and Saturday & Sunday 10am - 2pm

**Duties**:

- Assisting with food preparation and kitchen tasks as needed (sandwiches, salads and home baking).
- Recording food sales and cash takings.
- Daily maintenance of coffee machine
- Clearing tables, dishwashing and maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen area and around the clubhouse as necessary.
- Ensuring compliance with food safety and sanitation guidelines

**Skills**:

- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Basic math skills for measuring ingredients and calculating quantities
- Knowledge of culinary techniques and food preparation methods
- Attention to detail to ensure food quality and presentation
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with staff and members

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a culinary or food service role is preferred but not required, however, willingness to learn and to take food handling certificate qualification if not already held will be required
- Must be located in or willing to commute to Bridge of Don
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food safety and able to show initiative and flexibility to complete tasks required as required.

**Salary**: From £12.00 per hour
