**Senior Recruitment Consultant - c.£40-45k**. **Public Sector** - HOT DESK with c.£6k weekly Gross margin. Location: London or Leeds

I'm looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant who is currently placing senior Interims into the Public Sector / Local Govt. Taking over an active desk generating c.£6k weekly margin you will need to bring experience of recruiting high-level Interims on c.£550 daily rates.

**PACKAGE - Principal Recruitment Consultant - Public Sector**
- **Basic salary of up to £45k ( neg.depending on experience)**:

- **Hot desk with healthy weekly margin**:

- **Generous commission with high OTE potential**:

- **Modern offices with full facilities**:

- **Mainly office based with one day WFH per week**

**CANDIDATE - Principal Recruitment Consultant - Public sector**
- Previous experience of recruiting Interims for the Public Sector
- Strong sales, networking and client development abilities
- Strong commercial business acumen and a proven billing history
- A passionate desire to succeed and build a successful career
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
