You will be helping maintain customer relationships across key accounts, while also providing administrative support to the rest of the Operations team and the Sales team.

**Main responsibilities**
- Providing a range of administrative support to the Operations team and Sales team
- Processing customer orders and responding to enquiries
- Working to meet customer requirements and maintaining strong customer relationships with Key Accounts
- Liaising with third party suppliers to enable us to meet customer requirements and deliver on time, always

**Skills & Experience**
- Confidence and a good communicator
- Initiative, honesty and integrity
- Positive can-do attitude within a fast-changing environment
- A Team Player
- Minimum C grade in GCSE English and Maths
- Computer literate with good Excel skills
- Experience within an administrative/customer service role is preferred

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £20,500.00 per year
