Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Baker to join our team. As a Baker, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of delicious baked goods.
Your expertise in food production and culinary skills will contribute to creating exceptional bakery items for our customers.
**Responsibilities**:
- Prepare and bake a wide range of bakery items, including bread, pastries, cakes.
- Follow recipes and guidelines to ensure consistent quality and taste
- Measure and mix ingredients to create doughs.
- Operate baking equipment, such as ovens, mixers, and dough sheeters
- Monitor baking process to achieve desired results
- Decorate and present finished products in an appealing manner
- Adhere to food safety standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the kitchen area
**Experience**:
- Proven experience as a Baker or similar role in a kitchen or bakery setting is preferred, but training will be given.
- Familiarity with various baking equipment and tools
- Ability to follow recipes accurately and adapt them as needed
knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Creativity and attention to detail in decorating baked goods
