This is a permanent full-time role working 40 hours per week. On offer is a salary banding of £25,000 - £32,000 per annum, dependant on skills & experience as well as benefits package.**:
**General Overview**:
The role of the Senior Supply Chain Administrator will be to provide effective administrative assistance to the Supply Chain Manager. Supporting the drive of the Regional Supply Chain strategy through assistance to the Supply Chain Manager.
Assisting in data collection for relevant reports to ensure relevant Senior Managers are aware of key issues arising.
To develop and maintain working relationships across internal departments and external supply chain members.
To understand and adhere to the companies SHEQ policy / strategy.
Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager.

**What will you deliver?**:

- Assist the Supply Chain Manager to create subcontractor lists during the pre-construction and construction phase
- Assist and manage the process of analysing sub-contractors to make sure they have sufficient financial stability and resource levels to be able to deliver work on EQUANS projects
- Undertake data collection to monitor the supply chain workload and report to the Supply Chain Manager to prevent over-loading
- Ensure that all sub-contractor’s records that are held are kept up to date
- Administer the buying analysis system ensuring new projects are added, maintain users’ permissions and general administration
- Gather the sub-contractor’s performance reports from the sites monthly and highlight trends and underperforming to the Supply Chain Manager
- Administer and assist to produce quarterly newsletters within supply chain for the sub-contractors
- Collect and produce certain data collection within the business for supply chain reporting
- Manage the process of registering new sub-contractors on our system ready for use
- Assist and provide feedback and critique on sub-contractor performance both at tender stage and live projects
- Understanding Constructionline and utilising it to source new supply chain members for the Supply Chain Manager to review
- Administer the process and drive rebate collection within the region
- Set up functions as required involving supply chain ensuring these are executed professionally and successfully.

- Strong administration skills and experience
- Previous experience within the construction industry
- IT literate with experience on MS Office packages including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Effectively manage time in order to meet deadlines
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written

- “Can do” attitude and willing to undertake any task
