This is an opportunity to give support to our client, who has a diagnosis Motor Neurone Disease, in the comfort of their own home. As a Home Care Assistant, you will need to assist with personal care, assisting with Nutrition and Hydration, Domestic cleaning, administering medication and moving and handling.

What we require from you as a Home Care Assistant:

- Experience in providing complex care is desirable but not essential
- Have a minimum of 6 months work experience in care
