Support Worker

We are looking for a support worker to come and join our large staff team. You will:

- Put the individuals we support at the forefront of all your work

- Be able to support individuals in all aspects of their lives

Working for The Wilf Ward Family Trust will give you opportunities to progress your career.

Your shift pattern would have you starting at the earliest 7am & finishing at the latest 10pm. You would work on a 150-hour permanent contract every 4 weeks on a rota. We have a minimum 4-week rota out at any one time. You will also get every other weekend off.

No two days are the same the individual’s we support like to go out daily in the community to enjoy activities such as picnics, swimming, meals out, bus rides, shows, circus, disabled cycling, this list is endless. We are always looking for different experiences for the individuals we support so they live extraordinary lives filled with opportunities. We often have theme events such as cowboy/circus/Mama Mia and like to celebrate occasions such as birthdays with parties.

We know that you will have your own life experiences that can bring exciting new skills and experiences to the team.

Travel costs for attending an interview will be reimbursed up to a value of £10 where receipts are provided.
