**Job Title: Tarmac Labourer**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Site Preparation**: Assist in preparing the work site for tarmacing operations by clearing debris, leveling the ground, and ensuring proper drainage. This may involve using hand tools, power tools, and heavy machinery under the supervision of experienced workers.
- **Material Handling**: Load and unload tarmac materials from trucks or other vehicles using shovels, wheelbarrows, and other manual equipment. Transport materials to the work site and distribute them as directed by the tarmacing crew.
- **Traffic Management**: Help set up traffic control measures to ensure the safety of workers and the public during tarmacing operations. This may involve installing cones, signs, and barriers to redirect traffic and create safe work zones.
- **Assistance to Tarmac Crew**: Provide support to the tarmacing crew as needed, including helping with the operation of machinery, handing tools and materials, and performing other tasks to facilitate the smooth progress of the project.
- **Site Maintenance**: Keep the work site clean and organized throughout the project, including clearing debris, sweeping, and disposing of waste materials in designated areas. Ensure that all tools and equipment are properly stored and maintained.
- **Safety Compliance**: Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while performing tarmacing duties. Wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and follow safe work practices to prevent accidents and injuries.

**Requirements**:

- Physical fitness and stamina to perform manual labor in outdoor environments.
