**Kitchen Sales Assistant**

**Are you a multitasker who’s has an eye for detail and are fanatical about customer service? This could be the role for you**

Due to our continued growth through excellence in design and customer service we are looking for a highly motivated kitchen Sales assistant to join our friendly team.

Your main role is to support our Kitchen Design Consultants in the producing, planning and selling of our German Kitchens. You will be expected to prepare final floor plans on our design software and assist with the rendering of each design to assist the Design Consultant to sell the kitchen to our clients. You will also be responsible for managing the customer journey from enquiry through to delivery. Once a kitchen is sold you will be expected to prepare accurate annotated floorplans and elevations and be involved with the ordering of the kitchen with our factory in Germany.

You will also be required to meet and greet customers when they come into showroom and make appointments for the customer to have a design. The role will also see you helping the business with its marketing and acquiring new clients to feed our sales process. You must be highly motivated, have a eye for detail and be target driven, ensuring that your can complete work quickly to help us provide

THE ROLE

The kitchen design assistant role will have several key responsibilities, which include:

- Meet and greet all showroom visitors, discussing needs and requirements, promoting all product ranges and services. You will be set KPI targets for new enquiries/leads for the business.
- Helping with the marketing for the business, which would include preparing content to be used on Social media to help attract new customers.
- You will be preparing plans, producing high resolution design images to be used for our design consultants and for installers.
- Managing our CRM system, to guide customers through our sales process to help the whole team achieve their sales targets.
- Work with the order processing team which included preparing accurate fully annotated kitchen floorplans and elevations to provide installers to help enable them to install our kitchens.
- Provide outstanding service which reflects with our product, ensuring complete satisfaction from start to finish, which will result in reviews and referrals.
- You will need to help with the ordering of our kitchens with our factory in Germany, which will involve checking off every design line for line to avoid any mistakes.
- Work closely with our project coordinator so that customers projects are completed as quickly as possible to the best level of service.
- Answering telephone enquiries, helping with customer queries together with booking in appointments & general admin support when necessary

THE CANDIDATE
- A highly organised person who can complete multiple tasks quickly and accurately
- Previous CAD experience ideal, but not essential as training can be given.
- Markerting experience ideal, but not essential as training can be given
- Have an eye for detail to ensure kitchens are made to correct specification
- Experience within the kitchen industry essential
- Ability to gain and maintain a thorough knowledge of all the products we sell
- Great communication and organisational skills, able to engage at all levels
- Able to work well under pressure and to tight deadlines
- Must be a ‘team player’ willing to help out elsewhere when needed.
- Full driving license required

**Salary**: From £22,000.00 per year
