**Job Description**:
**Night Auditor**

Passionate about guest interaction as well processes and procedures? As a Night Auditor, you will lead your team to create unforgettable experiences for our guests while maintaining a strict control of all revenue streams and accuracy of banking related checks.

**What you will be doing**:

- Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service
- To supervise the team on duty to ensure they complete all duties and tasks and to ensure our guests receive the best possible guest experience
- Take initiative to add a personalized experience
- Proudly promote the hotel facilities, looking for opportunities to enhance a guest’s stay through up-selling
- Carry out Night Auditing procedures in line with the Financial Audit
- Other duties as assigned

**Qualifications**:
**Your experience and skills include**:

- Previous experience as a Night Auditor or Night Team Member in a hotel would be beneficial but not essential
- Your passion will be to wow our guest with amazing service and efficient check in and out.
- You will be obsessed about brand standards and genuinely care about guest experience and exceeding guest expectations.
- You are a great leader and strive to develop the reception team
- You will have the ability to remain calm during difficult situations or in a very busy environment
- Friendly, approachable with excellent customer service skills
- Attention to detail and exceptional organisational skills
- Strong team player and positive attitude
- Ability to work effectively under pressure
- Essential to be flexible with working hours including weekends, mornings, afternoons and nights
- Must already have the right to work in the UK

- Our hotel comprises 307 bedrooms, Bar and Restaurant
- Our ever growing reception team is currently 12 team members split between days and night shifts
