**Pay Rate: £28000-£43685 per annum**

Are you an experienced and dedicated
**Geography Teacher** looking to take on a
**leadership** role?
**GSL Education** is currently recruiting for a
**Head of Geography** position in Lincoln on a permanent basis.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage the **Geography** department, overseeing the delivery of high-quality teaching and learning.
- Develop and implement a cohesive and engaging curriculum that meets the needs of students and aligns with the school's objectives.
- Provide guidance and support to the Geography teaching staff, fostering their professional growth and development.
- Monitor student progress, implement effective strategies for intervention and support, and ensure high standards of achievement and well-being.

**Requirements**:

- **Qualified teacher status (QTS)** or equivalent.
- Extensive experience teaching **Geography** at the secondary level.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
