An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Care Co-ordinator to join our Team in Falkirk

1st Homecare, a specialist provider of personalised homecare support operating throughout Scotland. We provide a range of care and support services for vulnerable adults and children.

**About you**:
This is an exciting opportunity for a Care Coordinator to join our team in Falkirk. We are looking for an individual who is solutions focused and are capable of balancing a number of conflicting priorities whilst remaining professional and delivering the highest possible levels of service delivery. As a Care Coordinator you will be the link between the People we Support, Customers and Support Workers.

You will be logical, analytical, organised and pay attention to detail. Resilience, confidence and communication skills are key. You will be capable of working within a regulatory framework and seek to ensure the highest standards of care are at the heart of every aspect of our service..

**About the role**

**Principal Duties**:

- To assist and support in preparation of staff schedules.
- Communicate effectively with all staff.
- Maintain the highest possible levels of service delivery.
- Conduct service visits within responsibly of the role.
- To generate profitable new business.

**Driver with access to a vehicle is a requirement for the role. Mileage rate at 30p per mile**
