**Customer Services Advisor**
**Location: HYBRID - working from home after 8 weeks onsite (Burnley BB12)**
**Salary: £21,000 - £23,000 dependant on experience**
**Full Time Permanent Contract - 40hrs per week**
**Shifts: Monday-Friday between 8am - 6pm with 1 in 2 Saturdays 9am - 4.30pm**

We are currently working with a multi-service provider who specialise in providing services such as energy, broadband, mobile and home insurance. The team are looking for people experienced in working in a customer service environment to join their new busyoffice in Burnley.
Our client is an FTSE 250 company and have been around for 25 years, they still have a small company feel and the culture of a startup. You'll be joining a bunch of genuinely friendly people who love working together and really want to make a difference.
**What will you be doing?**
- You will be assisting customers with queries about their switch to their new provider, ensuring they have a smooth experience throughout
- Problem solving and troubleshooting with customers to find the best resolution, first time
- Keeping all systems updated to enhance the customers overall experience
**What are we looking for?**
- Someone who is customer focused and able to quickly build rapport with customers
- Previous experience within a utilities/telecoms brand would be an advantage but not required
- Someone who is self motivated and can work well under pressure
- Able to problem solve, negotiate and persuade confidently
- Goal orientated
