**About Us**:We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Part-Time Receptionist to join our team in the B4 Birmingham area. This role is perfect for an individual who thrives in a customer-oriented environment and possesses strong communication skills.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide exceptional customer service to Blue Chip/High Touch clients.
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
- Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
- Assist with administrative tasks, including data entry and maintaining records.
- Collaborate effectively within a team environment.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Minimum of 3-5 years of customer service experience, specifically dealing with Blue Chip/High Touch clients.
- High School or College Degree.
- Proven track record of delivering outstanding customer service.
- Strong team player with the ability to work harmoniously with colleagues.
- Knowledge of property management or Condeco systems is a plus.
- Excellent telephone etiquette and verbal communication skills.
