Architect

We are currently looking for an Architect in Fakenham.

**Working hours**:
As an Architect, you’ll be required to work Monday to Friday.

**The successful Architect will be offered**:

- Salaries from £45,000-£55,000
- 28 days of holiday including bank holidays
- Workplace pension

**To be considered for the Architect role you must have**:

- At least 4 years of demonstrated technical knowledge and experience
- CAD and AutoCAD software experience, and using Sketchup pro
- MA or bachelor’s Degree in Architecture recognised by the Architects Registration Board

**As an Architect your role will involve the following**:

- Travelling to sites to carry out measured surveys and producing record drawing information
- Reviewing local rules and regulations to ensure the construction project falls within all constraints
- Meeting with clients to discuss projects, needs and budget
- Preparing and presenting design proposals using software, including detailed drawings of finished buildings, renovations, restorations and specification packages
- Carry out risk assessments for pre-construction
- Specifying the materials needed for the construction of projects
