Recruitment Administrator

An organised, efficient individual with good attention to detail is required to support the Recruitment Administrator function of this large employer based in Cardiff. The role is offered on an ongoing temporary basis and is full-time.
What you will be doing:
- Undertaking a range of activities, ensuring an efficient and effective recruitment service
- To take 'ownership' of recruitment processes to include: posting job adverts, assisting with recruitment, undertaking employment checks, issuing letters and contracts of employment, inputting data and setting up new starters on the HR/payroll system.
- You will be asked to prioritise different tasks as the need arises therefore you will need to have good organisational skills and be able to multi-task.
- You will be asked to meet deadlines so excellent time management skills are needed
Skills needed:
- The ability to multi-task and work efficiently
- Excellent organisation and time management skills
- A good communicator able to liaise with colleagues within the wider recruitment team
Pay Rate: £10.3ph
Hours: 37
