**What about your role?**

As a DHL Supply Chain Driver, you will be playing your part in keeping the world moving by safely and efficiently delivering goods to our customers. We need you to:

- Be an Ambassador for DHL Supply Chain, have a Can Do, Right First Time and Passionate approach to your role
- Enjoy working as part of a successful team
- Drive in a safe and efficient manner in line with Drivers' Hours and Working Time Directive regulations
- Comply with our health and safety standards at all times, ensuring adherence to The Highway Code, road safety rules and vehicle regulations
- Responsibility for the safe performance of drivers on the road and on 3rd party premises (loading or discharging);
- Develop appropriate driver training programs to ensure we are compliant with company, national and international best practice;
- Monitor the driver pool across all issues relating to driver and fleet performance, escalating issues as required to the FLMs and Transport Manager;
- Ensure that all drivers are compliant with national and company regulations and requirements.
- Demonstrate an ability to learn, to teach and lead.
- Develop the appropriate level of expertise in the use of DHL Transport systems - Microlise/Tachomaster/Key2 - ensuring that these are used to develop our driver pool.

**What are the requirements?**
- Possession of a clean driving experience with a minimum of 6 years in a driving role with artics/tankers;
- Educated to high school (secondary) standard
- CPC license holder
- ADI (Advanced driver instructor) level and a certificate in ADR regulations would be advantagous.
