The Patent Administrator role:

- Providing administrative and case management support to senior members
- Managing caseloads through the case management system, ensuring deadlines are met
- Managing registration of change in ownership (e.g. assignments, mergers, licences) of patents and designs
- Timely billing of cases and monitoring of outstanding costs on the allocated caseload.
- Previous administration experience would be desirable
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to prioritise workloads
- Excellent communication, written and verbal
- Patent experience would be advantageous
