**Practice Accounts Manager, Camberley, to £57,000**

This forward-thinking and successful Practice is looking for a qualified Manager to head up their Accounts department (including a small number of audits).

As a qualified accountant with at least 3 years PQE in the profession working closely with the Partners, in this Accounts Manager role you will:

- Oversee the Accounts function, managing the accounts department staff workloads and job allocations.
- Plan individual accounts work.
- Review staff work.
- Correspond with clients.
- Manage and organise Charity Accounts reporting, including some charity audits.
- Involvement with a small amount of audit planning and audit work on trading companies.
- Produce financial statements for small to medium sized businesses with tax computations and provisions included.
- Take on workload from the Partners as required, especially in sending accounts to clients.
- Assist with ad hoc advisory work, including dividend planning and cash flow models.
- Meet and onboard new clients.
- Attend training events to further develop skills and knowledge as required.
- Communicate departmental matters with Partners and staff.
