Spa Host/hostess

We are looking for a Spa Host to join our stunning Spa at Armathwaite Hall Hotel and Spa, near Keswick, Cumbria. The Spa at Armathwaite Hall Hotel is an Award-Winning Spa set within 400-acres of countryside in the Lake District National Park. As Spa Host you would be required to work from 9.30am to 6.30pm and we can offer 3 to 4 days a week.

First impressions count You will be the initial introduction to our spa experience. You will perform spa tours and assist and guide guests through-out their spa day. Being the main point of contact for them during their visit and maintaining the day spa areas at all times.

As a Spa Host you will ensure a warm, welcoming experience and thrive on delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will have a high attention to detail, be organised and deliver excellent communication services.

**The successful Spa Host will have the following experience and skills**:

- Passion for Customer Service - meet and greet our guests with warmth, courtesy and professionalism.
- Beauty/Spa knowledge would be advantageous.
- Ability to remain calm and deal with situations in a professional manner.
- Fluent English
- Attention to detail, including a high standard of personal presentation.
- Ability to work in a team and on own initiative.
- Offering guests welcome drinks
- Attention to detail is key. You will oversee the cleanliness of all areas.
- To maintain exacting standards regarding the changing rooms, hush room, lounges, refreshment areas hygiene and presentation.
- Keeping an eye on guest relaxation and waiting areas and tidying up where necessary.
- Communicate with all Spa team to ensure guest happiness.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £11.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 - 32 per week
