The Role

This is an exciting opportunity for you to harness your creativity and inject your personality into the continued development of SG World’s business-to-business propositions.

This is a full-time and on-site role for a Content Marketer position, with a focus on content creation for digital and offline collateral. We are looking for a team player who will uphold the reputation of SG World to the highest standards, and augment its brand heritage.

The team culture is relaxed and collaborative; we help each other to achieve our aims and produce a very high standard of work punctually and accurately.

Some examples of the activities that make up the role are below:

- Assist in the developing our websites from end-to-end
- Optimising web visitor type and improving conversions
- Design and implementation of marketing automations to support our customers journey and experience
- Design and delivery of marketing campaigns
- Involvement in trade shows
- Visit customers to capture, edit and deliver testimonial videos
- Continue to develop the look and feel of our brand and create new sub brands as we design and develop new products

Experience in the following is desirable:

- Shopify and associated Ecommerce Platforms
- HubSpot
- Adobe Creative Cloud, including illustrator, photoshop, inDesign
- Google Ads, Analytics, Tag Manager
- Microsoft 365 packages (particularly data manipulation in Excel)

You will be offered ongoing support and development.

**The Person**

You are creative. You are fun, ambitious and an outside the box thinker who wants to challenge the status quo. You will have the ability to understand the problems our target audiences face (primarily safety professionals) and communicate our value proposition effectively using your gift for design and online marketing tools. You’ll have a thirst for learning all the time. You’ll be driven, an agent of change and able to deliver projects to the highest standard and quickly.

You must have the following:

- A passion for creating things - A talent in design - Proficient in using the Adobe suite - A fast and intuitive learning mindset - A positive attitude - A willingness to step outside of your comfort zone every day. While you’ll be supported with training and development, and real-world experiences with end users, you will be empowered to use your design and marketing flare and have a voice in the direction the marketing of our business takes.

**Qualifications & Experience**
- Above average command of English grammar, and able to confidently produce copy without relying on AI or Grammarly;
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
- Good knowledge of customer relationship management systems;
- Graphic design skills and knowledge of Adobe packages;
- Enjoys working on a long term project basis, but flexibility for some reactive & ad hoc work.

**Ideal, but not essential**:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communication, or humanities.
- Experience in the field of safety management
