**Administrator - Gloucestershire County Council (part time)**

**30 hours pw**

**Summary**
- The role is focused on arranging and minuting panel meetings (using MS Teams), maintaining electronic records on Capita and Liquid Logic databases, and managing generic mailboxes. Understanding of GDPR and confidentiality essential as the work is within Education and has links to schools, NHS, social care, and other supporting organisations.
- You will be a member of the Education Business Support Team (22 administrators) who support a group of operational services within Education.
- You must be able to take accurate minutes and be able to pick out actions and outcomes from discussions at panels, you will need to have experience of doing this as you will be required to take minutes and notes at various meetings every week and circulate the minutes within an agreed timeframe.
- You will need to be confident using MS365.
- The ability to use your initiative, communicate effectively with a range of professionals and organisations and to learn quickly will be helpful. You will be asked to complete multiple tasks and will be working with 4 administrators who also support the Multi Agency Support Service.
