Solicitor / Legal Executive Commercial Property

Are you an experienced Solicitor / Legal executive with over 2 years PQE in Commercial Property and looking for a new and exciting challenge? Our reputable client based on the outskirts of Nottingham are looking to hire a Commercial Property superstar tojoin their growing practice.

**To be considered for the role, you’ll require the following essentials**:

- Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with 2+yr PQE
- Confident in handling a variety of large and small commercial property sales, purchases and leases from start to finish including working with both tenants and landlords
- Ability to establish, build and sustain professional relationships with clients, colleagues and external agencies
- Highly organised and able to manage own work load
- Ability to provide excellent levels of client care with a good level of empathy
- High level understanding of Anti Money Laundering responsibilities and GDPR requirements

**Within this position, you’ll also be**:

- Managing a varied caseload of commercial property matters from end to end
- Building professional, credible relationships with clients and peers
- Working collaboratively with colleagues to promote team working
- Managing and supervising secretaries and administrators

**Salary & Working Hours
Salary is £40,000pa - £55,000pa depending on experience

Working hours are 35 hours per week, Monday - Friday between 9am - 5pm
