Group Referral Coodinator

We are looking for an experienced person with a background of working with the elderly in a care setting. The role will be based at one of our homes in Dartford, Kent.

**The Role**

As a Referrals Coordinator, you will administer and process referrals coming into RCB Healthcare Group and be responsible for maintaining key information and producing and distributing data and statistics.

You will also be supporting operational teams to maximise occupancy.

This role involves the following duties and responsibilities

a) To support the Operations Manager & Home Managers in ensuring that bed occupancy it at optimum figures, that the pathway to this runs smoothly for both managers, potential residents and their families.

b) to provide all relevant information and leaflets to prospective new residents.

c) To arrange assessment visits as required.

d) to identify whether the business can meet the personal care needs of any prospective resident and to negotiate an appropriate fee with the purchasing authority or the resident or their family if not in receipt of local authority assistance

e) to support Managers when required by ensuring that each new resident receives a written copy of the “terms and conditions” of engagement and ensure that each resident and, where appropriate, their representative or carer understands them.

- A strong communicator, able to build relationships
- Competent in using various IT programmes and software

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
