**Graduate Assistant Estates Surveyor**

**Salary**:Salary is £28,371 per annum (level one) to £31,099 per annum (level four) pro rata for part-time’

**Hours & Contract**:Permanent - 37 hours per week full time

**Location**: Loxley House, Nottingham / Hybrid working

Do you have an exempting degree or equivalent in a property related discipline? If so, we are looking for a Graduate Assistant Estates Surveyor.

The Graduate Assistant Estates Surveyor will work as part of a team dealing with the management of the Council’s commercial property portfolio, development, property disposal and valuation activities developing property knowledge and experience as part of a graduate development role.

**About who we are looking for**:

- Some experience of working in a property related environment
- Some experience of the practises required in the management of a diverse commercial property portfolio
- Some experience in the use of office technology including property related packages.
