**Recruitment Consultant ( Business Support Desk)**

I am looking for a **Recruitment Consultant** to join our growing team in our central London office based on the Strand,2 minute walk from Charing Cross station, where you will take on an already well established Business support desk providingtemporary covers across London.
- Salary_ - £24,000.00 - 28,000.00 per annum (depending on experience)plus competitive team-based bonus package

**The role of the Recruitment Consultant**:

- This role is to work within our business support division supplying temporary to our clients across London.Roles you will recruit for include: Facilities Coordinators & Assistants, Helpdesk Operatives, Office Administrators and Receptionists.
- Recruitment can be a complicated and challenging business with every new day offering fresh challenges, but the core responsibilities will include:

- Generating new business, through lead generation, business development calls and marketing.
- Managing payroll of temporary staff to ensure all temporary workers are paid correctly and on time.
- Building long standing relationships with relevant businesses via excellent customer service, solid results, etc.
- Ensuring full compliance with UK Industry Standards (REC) and relevant Legislation.
