We are looking for an experienced Order Management Representative to join our team specializing in Supply Chain Planning for our Components Business Segment in Huddersfield.

This is a temporary contract for 12 months. Working 35 hours per week, Monday - Friday 8.30am - 4.30pm.

Salary is £28,000-30,000 depending on experience

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

- This role is noncustomer facing, dealing with computer correspondence for most of the day.
- Responsible for assigned customer accounts, this can involve setting up new customers, order entry and modification to escalations.
- Act as the single-point-of-contact, managing the entire order life cycle to ensure orders are processed on time.
- Logistics management responsibilities to ensure orders are shipped to agreed deadline.
- Maintain accurate records of all internal and external interactions in the appropriate database/system.
- Complete required reports and distribute to relevant departments examples include On-time Delivery report, Daily Arrears Data, Customer Order-board
