Hotel Trainee

I am looking for a full time trainee (OVER 18) to train in several departments within the Hotel. You will begin on reception for a period of at least 4 weeks and will then move on to food and beverage where you will be fully trained in all aspects of our food service delivery by the fantastic managers here.

This is a great opportunity for somebody looking to get into the Hotel business as it will allow you to find out where your strengths are and where you may want to concentrate on potentially for your career.

You must be over 18 and you must be available full time 5 days a week. Ideally you will have some previous job experience but that does not necessarily need to be in the food service industry.

Once trained, we will look to you to cover where necessary in different departments for holiday cover or sickness but would also be looking longer term for you to take a more supervisory role.

The person I am looking for must have a good work ethic, good timekeeping, have an eye for attention to detail and be very organised in their work. You are joining a team of around 35 staff here and we have worked very hard to ensure we have a strong team of amazing people with different skill sets who compliment each other, so you will definitely need to be a team player and interested in learning all aspects of the Hotel trade.
