Overview:
**Flexible Worker Contract**
**Location**:Remote**
**About the role**
We're excited to be looking for an** English Examiner** within our** Functional Skills **team on a flexible worker contract.
**How you'll make an impact**:
- Marking external assessments as required and submit results using our systems within set timescales
- Reporting suspected malpractice or safeguarding concerns to the Assessment Delivery team
- Attending examiner standardisation and training events, and other meetings as required.
- Maintaining the confidentiality of NCFE assessment materials, learner evidence and learner details, and report any breaches to the Assessment Delivery team
**We'd love to hear from you if you offer the following**:
- A professional English qualification (at Level 4 or above)
- At least 3 years current/recent teaching experience in English at level 1 & level 2
- An understanding of effective quality assurance mechanisms
- Have the ability to work consistently within tight deadlines
