Handyperson

HMS are recruiting x1 Handyperson to join an integrated team in Rockferry, Wirral for the delivery of a first-class facilities and maintenance service for the company’s customers’ and client organisations.

**This is an important role in which you will**:

- Carry out all types of Facilities Maintenance both internally and externally.
- Deliver maintenance service in various domestic or commercial locations.
- Conduct inspections to identify maintenance issues and recommend solutions.
- Install and repair fixtures, appliances, and equipment as needed.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with other team members and contractors to complete projects efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and materials used.
- Undertake associated duties assisting the wider HMS team in order to contribute to HMS’s ‘right first time’ objective.

**To be successful in this role you will**:

- Willing to be proactive in the continuous improvement of a quality service.
- Able to demonstrate initiative when dealing with situations and completing tasks.
