An SME, financial services business dedicated to supporting customers financially with tailored repayment plans that work to suit each businesses needs. They aim to focus on effective communication to develop trustful relationships with customers.

The key responsibilities of a Credit Control Administrator are:

- To review financial accounts and bank statements
- To speak to customers that are behind on daily or weekly repayments
- To update borrower accounts
- To manage inbound and outbound calls

**The Successful Applicant**:
The successful Credit Control Administrator will:

- Be comfortable speaking on the phone with customers and chasing payments
- Have excellent organisational skills
- Be professional and confident when speaking with customers
