Office Angels Brentwood has an exciting opportunity for a Transport Coordinator to join our client's busy office based in Grays.

**Transport Coordinator |Gray's | PARKING ON SITE**

**Hours: Mon-Fri; 8am - 4pm**

**Salary: £25 to £30k**

**Tasks include**:

- Ability to create a Weekly and Daily Ops Sheet
- Ability to update the Delivery Plan and send to Planners on daily basis as an accurate record of what happened.
- Assist the Transport Manager in monitoring the Company and Contract Driver use of Microlise, for Electronic PODS and Daily Defects
- Assist the Transport Manager in monitoring the performance of local service providers of Vehicle Maintenance.
- Cover for the Transport Manger during holidays
- Assist the Transport Manager in producing Customer Service and Fleet Performance KPIs
- Assist the Transport Manager in ensuring that the Fuel Management System is correctly used
- Liaising with drivers regarding delivery updates
- Collecting and data entry on driver defect sheets, POD's, Discharge checklists and ADR forms
- Organising vehicle & trailer inspections, maintenance, parts, tyres and MOT's
