Network Projects and Provisioning Team Leader

**About the role**
Node4 are seeking an experienced team leader to join our network delivery team. You will be responsible for leading a team of network project engineers and provisioning engineers who deliver network services to our customers. You will be accountable for orders and projects received into the team and manage the team’s resources and performance. You will ensure that the team follows the best practices and standards for network design, implementation, testing, and support transition.
You will work closely with the engineers, architects, clients, project managers, account managers and other technical teams to facilitate the delivery of customer orders and projects. This role requires a technical understanding of network services, and team leader capabilities.
The Network Project and Provisioning Team Leader will report to the Head of Network Delivery.
**What will you bring?**
- Proven experience as a network services delivery team leader or team leader in a similar role
- Experience in delivering enterprise network projects
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Customer-focused and results-oriented mindset
- Knowledge of network vendors including Cisco, Juniper, Meraki, & Fortinet.
- Good knowledge of network technologies, such as routing, switching, firewalling, WiFi, load balancing, VPN, MPLS, SD-WAN, etc.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong leadership abilities, with a track record of effectively developing teams.
- Proven organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks, manage timelines, and deliver projects on schedule.
- Project management experience would be advantageous.
