Project: We are seeking a talented individual that want to join us as a Project coordinator, that can work with us in our highways division. While you will assist in the delivery of infrastructure projects, joining Mace is to join a company that believes in your individuality, your potential, and we will support you in developing opportunities and building your career.

We are actively seeking people that have transferable skills and that perhaps wouldn’t have considered Highways in the past to support us in driving change and diverse thinking in the industry.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Providing ad-hoc support to head of programme management office.
- Taking notes from meetings when requested.
- Updating organisational charts.
- Updating project staff and info.
- Liaising with various national highways’ teams such as MP CIP, comms and engagement, finance, as well as supplier teams.
- Managing the PMO inbox and responding to requests in an efficient and timely manner.
- Liaising with project support in order to ensure that joiners and leavers are registered, and information is shared.
- Updating systems and meeting invites accordingly.
- Ensuring official communications and announcements from National Highways (e.g. MP Standards and Assurance) are shared with the programme team.
- Organising training sessions.
- Supporting the information management of PMO hub (SharePoint) and digital data apprentice.

You are digitally savvy, can build lasting client relationships and lead strong, motivated teams. You will have a construction or project management background and be hungry to grow your career and enjoy the opportunities Mace has to offer.
