**Contractor Care Coordinator (Polish speaking)**

We have a great opportunity for a Polish speaking Recruitment Consultant looking to move from working in a traditional 360 position into a role managing our contractors working for our clients across the CEE region (Central and Eastern Europe).

The MCU (Managed Contractor Unit) within Frank Recruitment Group are a team of customer service professionals with a goal to be industry leaders in contractor experience, and we are looking for a Polish speaking Contractor Care Consultant to join us in ourjourney

As a Contractor Care Consultant your focus is to develop vital relationships with our contractors & clients, across the CEE region.

**This is a key role within our team as you will be responsible for not only managing our in-placement contractors, but also liaising with hiring managers**:

- Regularly checking in with contractors to ensure their contract is going well, assisting with any queries and processing/issuing contract extensions.
- Develop strong relationships with hiring managers delivering a first class service to ensure contract success, and also using your past sales experience to generate leads for new opportunities within the team.

You will become the 'Go-to' person for clients and contractors, support any queries they may have and provide first class service both internally and externally.

**Skills & Experience we are looking for**:

- Bilingual Polish/English (fluent/native)
- Previous experience working within a recruitment agency as a 360 Consultant
- Able to develop new business by gaining leads from existing clients
- Highly organised
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Able to build relations with managers and contractors
- Helpful 'can do' attitude
