**The Opportunity**:
AsureQuality's livestock business unit is looking for a person to become a Dairy Farm Compliance Auditor in the Canterbury region on a full-time permanent basis.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Working in pairs, you will visit customers farms to then conduct audits & assessments for livestock assurance programmes.
- On farm services in relation to helping ensure excellent animal health & wellbeing, infrastructure and staff management.
- Engage in training and coaching offered by the business to help you upskill in the role.
- Complete 4-5 audits per week onsite customers farms in Canterbury

You ideally be based in Christchurch or Ashburton and be open to flexible start times, as your work times will adjust to fit scheduled visits that suit the customer (farmers).

**About You**:To be eligible for this role, you will have:

- Experience working on a dairy farm or have knowledge of dairy farm systems.
- Completed the Advanced Sustainable Nutrient Management course at Massey University and/or have an agriculture degree from any tertiary institution.
- Professional customer service and relationship building skills, you need to juggle the balance of maintaining positive relationships with farmers, while also being able to hold them accountable to the rules and regulations.
- Confidence being on farms near livestock / large animals.
- Flexibility with your work hours adapting to match when audits are scheduled to take place.
