**Your new role**
An amazing opportunity has arisen for a Senior Supplier Relationship Manager to join the commercial operations team, The Senior Supplier Relationship Manager will be responsible for maximising the value and supplier effectiveness from a portfolio of supplierrelationships in a cost, SLA, support and performance perspective.
You will be responsible for a team of 3 Supplier Relationship Managers and be expected to identify opportunities and deliver improvements across key commercial relationships ensuring great service is being delivered by the critical suppliers.
Your main duties will include
- Owning and improving supplier frameworks and embed this into the culture of the business
- Manage and oversee all supplier service contracts
- Ensure high levels of supplier performance
- Analyse relationships and processes to identify effectiveness and identify any potential issues, manage the escalation process.
- Oversee all controls, processes, documentation and procedures and ensure all are regularly reviewed and adhered to
- Work with the senior management team within the organisation to communicate supplier development strategy
**What you'll need to succeed**In order to be considered for this role you will need ;
- Demonstrable experience of effective contract, commercial, service and budget management within a complex multi source service/supplier environment, including performance/SLA/KPI management. service specific contract drafting & negotiation and dispute managementskills.
- The ability to analyse complex performance information and invoicing for all outsourced services
- Experience in dealing with suppliers at a critical level of importance
- Experience in leading a team
